Xilena is an Access Consciousness Bars practitioner, kundalini facilitator, intuitive and energy healer. She was born in Colombia and currently lives in St Pete area . Her main purpose is to guide people on a conscious awareness level to heal the body, mind and spirit.

How many days is the Energy Healing Training?

The energy healing training is designed for two full days starting on the 1st day from 10am until 6pm then the 2nd day from 10:00am to 4pm

Do I need any prior healing or spiritual experience to attend this training?

No, there is no need of any type of experience. Our trainings are designed for all, from newbies to well trained healers.

Do I need to know how to meditate?

No, in our trainings you will learn and practice different type of meditation techniques.

Is the Energy healing safe?

Yes, it is very safe. In fact, we are all in contact with energy every day of our lives without realizing it.

Will I be able to heal people right after taken the training?

Yes, you will be able to start healing people even during the class with your classmates.

What is Kundalini? Is it Safe?

Yes, Kundalini is very safe. Kundalini is described as a dormant spiritual energy at the base of the spine, often visualized as a coiled serpent. It rises through the chakras, leading to expanded consciousness, heightened awareness, and deep transformation.
